Saad M. Soliman, the Founder and CEO of Soliman Consulting LLC, is a National Reentry Systems Subject Matter Expert, and avid Criminal Justice Reform Advocate, Systems Organizer, and proven executive leader. Known widely as a “Serial Entrepreneur” and wealth creation strategist.
A Subject Matter Expert in the specialization of Reentry, Healthcare Needs, Social Determinants as they relate to transitioning populations and Evidence Based Practices/Implementation, Workforce Development, Supportive Integrated Housing, and Leadership Development. Mr. Soliman has been integral in the advancement of economic development policies, standard conditions policy, employment opportunity, humanizing the reentry experience both from a user and systems lens. Mr. Soliman specializes in creating ecosystems that support communities directly at the intersection where reentry meets healthcare, economic development, family reunification and stabilization while refining recruitment for the growth of enterprise, programs, and models.
REENTRY PEER SPECIALIST TRAINING
After serving almost an entire juvenile life term, followed by 15 consecutive years in prison from the ages of 17 through 32, Mr. Soliman became the first directly impacted criminal justice system-involved person ever hired by the United States Department of Justice United States Attorney’s Office, District of Delaware in 2011 and was the Sr. Reentry Specialist for the United States Probation Office, District of Delaware and the first Peer Support Specialist for the Districts first federal reentry court still operating successfully today within the United States District Courts for the District of Delaware. Currently serving a three term of appointment by the seated Governor of the State of Delaware on the Delaware Workforce Development Board, representing both the BIPOC and Justice Involved communities as well as the private sector. A JustLeadership USA, Leading With Conviction 2019 Alum, racial and criminal justice reform advocate; Mr. Soliman is a successful entrepreneur and social enterprise creator, executive leadership advisor, technical assistance provider, policy director and career tenure includes employment with the United States Attorney’s Office, The United States District Court & U.S. Probation Office for the District of Delaware, Technical Assistance Consultant, and CEO of Soliman Consulting LLC, as well as the founder of a 501 C 3 nonprofit agency dedicated to providing comprehensive social services, workforce development, vocational training and supportive transitional housing. Supplying expert guidance to governmental agencies such as the National Reentry Resource Center, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and public sector companies such as the American Institute for Research, Mr. Soliman looks to build bridges that will allow for the liberation of our justice involved community and reimagining a world where accountability and justice meet healing and redemption.
